Important Notice: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. By registering or using any service on jtbdt, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
jtbdt ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment service that provides Bangladeshi users with a range of gaming experiences including live casino, slots, sports betting, and card games. The terms and conditions described below ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and activities on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
Membership & Eligibility Requirements
1.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on jtbdt, you must be 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and any balance may be forfeited.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same address, the same payment method, or the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in all accounts being cancelled and any bonuses and winnings being forfeited.
1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. jtbdt may at any time request supporting documents from users for identity verification. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
1.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jtbdt supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods only:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
- Nagad — Postal Department's digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
- Upay — UCB's authorized mobile payment platform
No payment methods other than these four are currently accepted.
2.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur due to identity verification or technical reasons.
2.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites
The following conditions must be met before any withdrawal:
- The account must be fully verified
- The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be completed
- The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit
- There must be no fraudulent or suspicious activity on the account
2.5 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. Depositing funds in a third party's name or using borrowed funds is prohibited. Only use your own funds in your account.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
jtbdt offers new users a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000
- A deposit of ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000
The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000, regardless of the deposit amount.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus earnings can be withdrawn.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and specific terms, which are stated on the offer page
- Bonuses apply only to the games specified in the bonus terms
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in permanent account cancellation
- jtbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
VIP Loyalty Program
jtbdt's VIP program has four tiers. Through regular gaming activity, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.
4.1 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Cashback rates vary by tier and are maximum rate guidelines — actual cashback depends on gaming activity.
4.2 Tier Change Conditions
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation on jtbdt. Detailed criteria for tier upgrades and downgrades are stated on the separate VIP page. Attempting to gain VIP benefits through fake accounts or collaborative fraud will result in all benefits being cancelled.
Responsible Gaming Policy
5.1 Voluntary Limit Setting
jtbdt believes responsible gaming is the foundation of a healthy entertainment experience. You can set deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits for yourself through our support team. These self-regulation features are completely free and take effect immediately.
5.2 Self-Exclusion Option
If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, you can contact the jtbdt support team to close your account for a set period or permanently. Once self-exclusion is in effect, we will not send you any promotional messages.
5.3 Protection of Minors
Use of this platform by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. If there are minors in your household, you are advised to use password protection or parental controls on your device. If any irregularity is detected in age verification, the account will be closed immediately.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
6.1 Game Operation Terms
All games on jtbdt are operated through third-party technology providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, etc.). These games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes outcomes completely random and unbiased.
6.2 Errors and Technical Issues
If a technical error or software failure in any game causes incorrect results to be displayed, that round or session will be considered void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account. jtbdt is not responsible for any incorrect prizes or bonuses announced or displayed due to a technical error.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jtbdt platform:
- Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games
- Following deliberate betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting / arbitrage)
- Using multiple accounts to benefit from the same promotion
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
- Conducting fraudulent activity against other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
If such conduct is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or cancelled, and all funds and winnings may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
7.1 Ownership
All content on the jtbdt website and platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases — is the intellectual property of jtbdt and its licensors. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, but reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content is prohibited.
7.2 Third-Party Content
The platform may include content from third-party game providers. The intellectual property rights to such content remain with the respective providers, and their own terms of use apply.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
jtbdt strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues. jtbdt is not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.
8.2 Liability Cap
Under no circumstances will jtbdt be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtbdt's total liability will never exceed the current balance held in the user's account.
8.3 Third-Party Liability
jtbdt is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers. Their own terms and conditions apply when using their services.
Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 jtbdt's Rights
jtbdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious conduct
- Providing false identity information
- Attempting to access the platform from a restricted area
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
9.2 Account Closure at User's Request
You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing the account, any active bonus terms must be fulfilled or the bonus must be cancelled. Any valid balance will remain withdrawable.
